LS3 Crate motor and Plug and play GMPP ECU

Looking into buying a GM Crate LS3 with Hot cam with plug and play ECU and harness, pedal etc.

I'm looking to turbo this engine at a later date and have been told the plug and play ECU from GMPP is not programmable.....does anyone have info on this. If it's not programmable, what is that best alternative for a harness and ECU?

for what it's worth I know you can tune the LS3's in the c-6 with hptuners. I'm not sure what ecu you're going to get but if it's the e38 then it can be programmed with hptuners.
