LS vs LT Style Rear breaks??
Quick Question:
I'm building a 8.8 rear and I have a 10 bolt from a 97 TA that I'll be using for the axle tubes.
I'm not sure what breaks to use. LS or LT?
LS - gives me the breaking of what I have now. No changes.
LT - gives me a smaller caliber letting me get a smaller wheel (15") for slicks or drag radials.
Opinions?

If it were me, I'd stay with the LS style. Larger caliper = better braking. Plus, there are 15" rims that will bolt on.

I have 17" Year One Snowflake wheels now, but I know I'll want something like Pro Stars or like for a drag wheel that way I can swap for the track

Plenty of people are running slicks with the LS calipers. You may have to grind a little on the caliper for clearance depending on which wheel set-up you use.
