Lowered cars and tow Trucks!?

So this is random but i have heard that if you lower the car tow trucks won't help you. Is that true? and if so how do you go about getting your car home if you get brokin' down?

The only way someone would tow my car is with a rollback but I'm stock ride height. I still wouldn't let a truck hook up to it though. They'll tear it to pieces.

It's a total pain....the drivers don't care for it cause it's alot of extra work for them plus you're likely to get something scratched up along the way. I know...my car is frickin low and it had to get towed to the alignment shop before the motor was completed. Hell, I can't even get on rhino ramps without a wood plank to help. I'm thinking air-ride technologies at this point.

haha sorry should have said flatbeds. So they still will get ya then right? Don't want to lower the car and find out that nobody will pick my ass up if i break down.

You can lower the car about an inch and be okay. But a slammed car is a big PITA.
