    Low RPM Miss!!!

My 99 Camaro is running like crap at low RPMs. It has not torque at all. It runs fine at very cold temp all the way up to about 170 where it runs like crap. Only up to about 2200 RPM's though? It sputters and misses everytime I let out the clutch to take off. WOT runs ok feels like it is surging a little or cutting out one of the two. Throwing no codes so far. Had codes from O2 sensors 2 weeks ago and replaced the front two it cleared the code. So far I have replaced the plugs, cleaned MAF, changed oil, putting new fuel filter tomorrow. Air filter is clean as well. It has almost 90,000 on it. Oh and whats the easiest way to get the passenger side rear spark plug? Ran Z max through it too always use 91 octane as well. I am very nervous about this problem!!!
