    Low Fuel Pressure... what next?

I've discovered that i'm getting 25 psi at my fuel rail instead of 58. I've already replaced my fuel filter and fuel pump (with walbro 255lph) and I'm not sure what I should do next. How can I tell if my FPR is bad? should i just drop the tank? any advice is greatly appreciated.

The fuel rail will show the pressure to the rail.

What kind of amps is the pump drawing?
