Looking at buying a TA or Camaro

I looking at buying one of the above, but I want to keep my monthly payment low so I was wondering how many miles is too many miles? In order to keep payments low Im thinking of a car with 80000 plus miles. Thanks!!

sounds good to me. i got mine at 73,000. and its doing super well.

So is the engine still strong enough to mod at high milage?

As long as you the change the engine oil and fluids regularly the car will last. I think lincoln tech automotive school acquired a z28 for their performance class that had 110,000 miles on the clock. They ran it on the quarter and were able to pull a 13.4 stock with auto.

So they are very capable cars to mod and very potent at that mileage

My car has 104K on it and runs as good as it did the day I got it at 64K. I changed all my fluids on time and can still run a low 13 1/4 mile.

i got mine with a blown motor and in the month i had a 383 stroker

I got a 2000 with 33k. LS1's are bullet proof man! especially stock! Camaro or Trans am....Thats your choice!
