    Little help with shift knob

OK I hope this doesn't sound stupid. I need a new shift knob to replace my worn and ripped leather Hurst knob. I dont really wanna spend $60 for a new one. Does anyone know another leather shift knob similar to that that will screw on? The ones at autozone use those damn adapters and I dont wanna deal with that.
