I have a 99 T/A and a light in the dash won't go off, it looks like a radiator that is low on water but radiator is full..can anyone tell me why that light is on.

Should be, i cant recall knowing about a low coolant sensor on the radiator. Did you check the level in your overflow?

The sensor is in the radiator, a couple inches below the fill cap. If the level is fine it's probably the sensor - they go bad all the time. You can take it out and try to clean it, replace it, or just unplug it to keep the light off. GM took them off our cars sometime late in 2K.

It is the black square box that has an electrical plug to it. Is right underneath the radiator cap and/or just below the trans cooler line(A4). I believe there is a retaining clip that you can see from the bottom. Just pull the clip out and you can pull it out.
