LED Vault gone belly up? My order lost?

Anyone heard anything from LED Vault recently?

I ordered $60 worth of LEDs in early October and haven't rec'd a thing. Brian responded to one email about 6 weeks ago, and nothing at all since. And no contact phone # on their website.

I'm wondering if I was scammed.

Looks like a respectable website, but I'm concerned about their responses or lack of them I should say. How long do I wait before sending them a Paypal invoice to refund my money?

You waited long enough.

I reported a company to my bank 1 week after not recieving a confirmation on my order. They took my money so I want what I ordered.
Funny after I did, they contacted and sent me my items.

I guess so. Where do you report a company? I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at least respond to my emails. They don't provide a tele# either which is odd.

I meant to my Credit Card Company.

several of the LED's on there you can get at autozone or advanced or just about any parts store for that matter. 4 LED's on a 194 base or something like 6 or 8 on a 3156 base. there's other bases as well. come in colors...amber, white, and red so you can use them for sidemarkers, backups or taillights.

I sent a paypal invoice requesting a refund (plus fees). See if that generates a response. if not, I'll file a claim with Paypal.

I wouldn't mess around, there is a limit to how old the transaction can be to file a dispute... Just file the dispute; that's a lot more motivation than just an email.
