Sorry bout the list i keep an updated list in my computer for ease lol. Anyway a friend and i do the tuning via hptuners and car ran great until the last installations which was the fast 92 w 92tb, k.s., k.s. harness, opsu, and fast 36lb injectors after installing i noticed the idle got bad as in 3000rpm. i got the fast 92 used, attempted repair, didnt last. no surprise there but i only payed $200 for the intake manifold so its whatever. pulled intake it had resplit so i got a new lower shell and all new seals. replaced everything and now ONLY after a WOT pull, car goes lean according to w.b. and the car surges bad and shuts off. unless i keep it running by tapping the throttle until it maintains idle again.
SO....it comes down to wth is going on lol ive logged adjusted ect ect i didnt get the opportunity to check my iac's so idk what is going on there or even if it would possible cause this particular issue any help would be appreciated

Is the fuel pressure holding steady after WOT when things are all funky?

as far as i know. i dont have any means to monitor fuel pressure funds are tight right now. car drives perfectly. the mod prior to the injectors, fast 92 and tb was the racetronix pump and car ran great, no issues at all. i am using an iac from a truck because my old one was shot and it was a freebie from a buddy. i dont know if it applies to the car with counts and whatnot thats why im thinking that may be the cause.
how do i post an htp log and most recent tune file?

Are you running up past 6,200 rpm at WOT?

it does it whether i wot to 6500rpm or 3500rpm doesnt make a difference just any time i go wot lol its annoying and stupid...afterwards it will surge to the point of shutting off unless i jog the throttle to keep it running

but if i dont open it up i have ZERO issues

Is your TPS reading right? You can check it with a scanner and just slowly open the throttle with the engine off and the ignition on.

is that with the cutout open? Block offs on the headers or off road style headers? I'm wondering if you're sucking some air *up* the exhaust stream when you let off? Are you 100% that the intake is good to go? It sounds like you're getting some extra air in there somewhere when you let off. What's the AFR look like through the WOT run? No exhaust leaks or anything like that?

Just asking, but, have you tried swapping throttlebodies to see if the issue is resolved? And when you installed the intake manifold, did you make sure the wires around the intake manifold area were clear?

Also, what caused the damage to the intake manifold? If all else fails, you could try backing our the knock sensors a little to see if the issue goes away.

everything is good now when i did the ls6 valley i looped the pcv setup to intake mani accordingly along with fresh air line from tb to front pass cover. however for some reason i bridged the rear ports on the covers. anyway capped the rear pcv setups and voila after i got it to idle it is great and feels like it pulls harder than before...but to answer questions-
orion: cutout open or closed it would surge it made no difference and headers are o/r...no exhaust leaks...and wot w/b would read bottom 12s
cammed goat: intake was installed with no intrusions...tb functions fine tested mine on a friends and vice versa...and k.s.s were installed to spec. manifold lower shell was damaged pre purchase my guess is valley bolts were not swapped but i replaced lower shell and ALL gaskets pre installation
thanks everyone for your time in responding to the post...also cammed goat will you be attending oc fall cruisin next week in oc md?

well fall cruisin was just ok not alot of ppl but it did manage to rain and i had to have a friend come from 220 mi away. was rolling up to a stoplight at 12th st, pushed in the clutch and it went straight to the floor. zero pressure what so ever. i assumed the slave took a shit as i have had that happen twice. turned out the line from the clutch mc---->clutch slave decided to take a nap on the header causing a rupture ugh
