    larger maf sensor and throttle body

    would it be worth getting a larger maf sensor and throttle body with my stock ls1 intake?

    NO.

    Keep the stock MAF and TB until you are ready to upgrade to a FAST Intake. An ls6 intake would benefit as well if your not doing heads/cam work in the future. Ported TB is all you need with the ls6 as well

    Agreed. If you find an LS6 intake used for sale cheap and a few hours to spend you might consider that but otherwise, the stock MAF and TB are fine and no gains from going larger.
