    Killswitch

Could someone tell me where the best place is to add a kill switch? I'm not too good with wiring and wanted to add some extra security.

Grey wire running from the fuel pump relay to the fuel pump. This is the power to the pump...car will turn over but not fire.

Thanks LS1CAMINO! Where can I find this? I'm not too technically inclined when it comes to car so any help is appreciated!

Why are you wanting to put in a killswitch?

Is this for drag racing, weekend track or just something you want?

If it is for drag racing then there are specific guidelines as to placement and type of killswitch you must have for....

I was lazy and spliced the wire right under the relay box and ran both wires to the passenger compartment.

I did mine so only I could start my car. The switch is obvious too...it's in a cluster of six on my dash and none of them are labled.

the switch under the clutch that makes it so you have to have the clutch in to start it, just put a switch on it so its like the clutch isnt all the way in when the switch is thrown. it wont start

What about a cutoff switch to the starter.
Fuel pump idea would also work

i just got through and just did this in my car last week. after looking at schematics for two hours that said ignition was yellow and then finding out the only yellow wire was for the airbag, i ran my kill switch off of the clutch start switch. its easy to access to rig it up, car won't start over at all, and if the switch ever has any problems you won't be stranded. thats my .02. I drilled a hole in my ashtray and mounted it in there with two dummy switches and put a label saying "N20" on it.
