Post Arlen Spicer ISO 5011 Air Filter Comparison

The 2004 Arlen Spicer ISO 5011 air filter test is a good one to reference. Just note that the Amsoil filter used in the test was part of a foam air filter line Amsoil used to sell years ago. Amsoil's current Naofiber air filter line is a better product by far.

What the Arlen Spicer test does show us is how well paper filters/flows vs. how poorly the the K&N filters/flow.

Check it out: Arlen Spicer ISO 5011 Air Filter Comparison - link

K&N owners/lovers, next time you clean your K&N air filter, hold the filter up to the light and notice the open pin holes in the filter media where dirt can fly through. Not the best filter media one could have.

    About 4 months late
Being aluminum there is plenty of meat to port that hole out, unlike the ls-6 which is at the limit
