Intake Gasket

    these aren't like the old stuff.......I've had my intake off a half dozen times and never replaced the gaskets. These use o-ring style gaskets around the ports.

    Yep. Individual O-rings made of silicone. You should be able to re-use them without issue. When you take off the intake, they may stay in the manifold.

    I see, so its just like the throttle body seal. Just making sure before I start tearing things apart and have to get additional stuff.

    NAPA has the complete set for $12 and it's worth it! The originals will be compressed and even though they may look ok and you can reuse them, there is a very good chance of a leak especiall at the throttlebody. Go ahead and buy tje set and be done with it. you'll notice tye obvious difference when you compare the old with new.

    Same thing for the valve covers. Big difference and worth the tiny investment!
