    important question!!!!!

i have a 99 ss m6 and i need a block. well i came across block for really cheap and im wondering if it will work with my heads, intake and everything else. these are his words " its an 86 350 with 4 bolt mains, passenger side dipstick, forged internals". i dont know much about the older 350 blocks but id like to know if i can use my heads and intake..........replies will be greatly appreciated.

    Sadly now demodded :(

I think we've (the forum that is) been down this road before. Nothing from a Gen I SBC will interchange with a Gen III SBC. Even the bell housing pattern is different. The only similarities are the bore spacing at 4.40".

That block would be perfect for a 3rd gen or earlier.
