    Question ignition problem

My 2002 SS camaro has the key stuck in the ignition and won't turn completely off and pull out any ideas on how to fix?
The shifter goes into park just fine,it also comes out of park without touching the brake pedal (which it is not suppose to do) HELP before someone steals my baby.

Sounds like a safety switch or some linkage has broke. Event thought he car is in park, something is preventing the safety from seeing that and releasing the key.

My experience is limited with this but I'll try to help. There should be a switch on the back of the brake pedal. Check and make sure that switch hasn't come out of adjustment or is just bad. Those switches are pretty cheap. My wifes old GTP had a safety lock on the shifter itself. I'm not sure if these cars have that feature or not. That doesn't sound to be your problem though. I would first look at that switch on the brake pedal and see what you come up with.
