    SES code: P0357 Ignition coil G Primary/secondary circuit malfunction.

    what do i do?

    the primary circuit is the one that supplies your coils with current to build up your spark. the secondary circuit is basically your plug wires and spark plugs. the pcm/icm prolly detected a short or open in one of those circuits, check your connections

    pffff...gotta love generic scan tool trouble code definitions. They're just about worthless. DTC P0357 Ignition Coil 7 Control Circuit is what the DTC stands for. The control circuit at that coil is on terminal C. At the PCM its the red connector, terminal 27. The PCM is detecting the wire is grounded, open or shorted to a voltage.
    Check those connections and wiring.

    explain "check" and why do you say terminal C and not G? likewise-which is coil is G? driver side? passenger side? 3rd from front? Thanks...sorry!

    Forget 'G'. G is some generic scan tool BS. You want to look at cylinder #7 ignition coil/module. And more specifically this dtc relates to one wire for that coil. Its the ignition coil control circuit on terminal C at the coil. Check for a short to ground or power or and open circuit.
