hey guys i need a engine rebuild and transmission rebuild on a 1999 camaro
z28 ls1 i have 6 thousand dollars total i live in fort wayne indiana, anyone know any speed shops that will do rebuilds in this area and if so am i talking enough money to rebuild my engine and transmission??? thanks

Depends on what parts you are wanting to put back into the ls1 and is it a 6spd or a4. Would be alot cheaper if you pull your motor and tear it down and then deleiver to machine shop. Call around for local costs,
I'v had good luck with jasper engines and there price for a ls1 motor is about 4300.00 and the tranny if a4 is around 2000.00.
