I am going to put a ls6 intake on my ls1.
I was just wondering if you guys run 2 coolant pipes or just 1 in the front and block off the rear holes with the plugs? I was just wondering because the stock set up ties all 4 together .
Thanks in advance.

Ive seen it done both ways, Or you can also grind the bottom of the intake and the stock lines will work

That's what I did. With an air powered angle grinder and a gasket removing "cookie", it takes all of 5 minutes to clearance the bottom of the intake by removing the ribs. Then a few light taps down on the lines with a hammer, and you're done. Adds a whole 10 minutes to the entire job.
