Mine put down 318 rwhp stock, so with a conservative 12% loss on an M6 that's 361 at the flywheel - so yes I'd say it's slightly understated.

Everyone keeps posting numbers, but doesn't post what DYNO your pull was on. Mustang and DYNO Jet give two totally different numbers.

My stock 2000 Z28 laid down 290rwhp. She had about 5K miles on her at the time, it was on a DynoJet and the weather was hot Florida summer.

All ls1 cars dyno 285-315. Anything much over 315 is a happy dyno. No matter which way you cut it the ls1 is a 350hp motor.

My '99 (which is the same) with a lid,k&n,dynomouth cat back, ftra, hypercrap put 323rwhp/327rwtq...this was about 5-10hp better based on the hypercrap versus everyone else who dynoed that day.

I bet the min would be low 300s, but with a few mods like above, you will be in the 320s to 330s, which is more like 380hp car.

    These cars are fast!

Sooooo much depends on the dyno. Yea some cars MAY dyno 320 but that doesn't mean they will out run the 295 rwhp car...... M6/A4 will make a difference too....

That seems to be a norm. There was a change on paper of 5 horse on the Vetter and 20 on the F Bodies, or something like that. And they seem to put up better numbers.
