Home made Smooth Bellows,
Anybody ever done one succesfully ?, I want one for my wet kit. I hate the stock accordion. SLP wants 70 bux for a piece of rubber.

Its called fernco I think its $10 or so. You can find it at homedepot in the plumbing section you want the 3X3 its a tight fit over the tb but it will fit. Some people like the fernco some don't because they say its to stiff and cracks there lid or that there lid won't clamp down or stay claped down.05 PBM GTOCold Air Inductions CAI,Relocated IAT with omega,Slp Predator tune,Flowmaster axle back with H pipe,Custom tuned TCM.BC Racing coil overs

I ran the fernco hose for a little while. My impressions of it was that it sucked. Sure it was $5 but it still sucked. It was a pain to get on and off didn't really fit right and looked like it could easily crack the lid. The only way I would recommend using it is if you're completely broke. A tip to putting it on is sit it in some boiling water for a few minutes to soften it up enough to work with.
I currently run a baker hose. They've went up in price but used to be pretty cheap. I now recommend to watch the for sale section for used bellows or catch one on sale at a sponsor. The elbow in the middle does serve a pretty good purpose and the minimal gains you'll see from this mod might not really be worth the money or headaches of the other options.

SLP's pile of overpriced shit didn't fit my car at all.
4" to 3" Fernco with a little trimming fit nicely.

Damn, the fernco I was lookin at was too short. I want to use it for spraying instead of the stock accordion bellows that may not let my spray atomize as well.
whats a baker hose ?
And broke, hell I'de be Donald Trump and still not pay 69 bux plus shipping for a SLP name on a piece of 8 dollar rubber hose. SLP is on crack !04 C5 A4 Torch Red
