blue- 99 camaro
high rpm's after new throttle body
i just went from my stock throttle body to a bbk 80mm. now it idles at 3000 rpm's. what should i do to make this stop?

buy it used? Does it have a extra hole drilled in it (which means it was in a cammed car). If anything go to the screw for the throttle body, mark where it is with a marker then turn it to close the tb-not more than 1 turn and mark the original spot so you can go back to normal.

yes i bought it used. and it was in a cammed car. i guess ill just go back to stock

Just because it was cammed doesn't mean you cant use the tb make sure it does not have a larger diameter hole drilled in the blade or an extra. Being it was cammed it may just be the blade needs to be adjusted via the screw I mentioned.
