Help with Ram Air
I am upgrading my Trans Am to Ram Air. I need help in setting up my air box. Has anyone retro-fitted their bird to accept the ram air box. I orderd a new box but I am a little confused as to how to secure the filter. I don't know if I am missing anything. I went to the dealer to see an exploded view but he was no help as he showed me the non- ram air box. Does anyone have any photo's of there setup? Any help would be great!

I do have a lid. I believe I use the same as my old box. I tried to upload some photo's but I have dial up and it did not work. The problem seems to be the filter sitting in the box. It is much deeper and the filter has no support so I don't think it would be properly seeled. Is there a piece that holds the filter in place so it doesn't cave in.

there is a tray that holds the filter, you would have had it with the old setup also. Your filter would have sunk without it in that one also
