Help: Hood wont close
ws6- I took my hood latch out to remove the lower radiator support, and now after i reinstalled the latch, the hood wont shut!!! WHAT do I do?!?!?!?!?!

the hood's fine, it's just the latch down where the washer fluid tank is. i took that out to take the bottom radiator support out. i dont know whats wrong with it, it's like the hood's hitting on something now

First is it aligned correctly? Next is to see if the latch closed when it was out.

most likely the latch needs adjustment. You should be able to adjust it up/down and left/right.

that latch is a pain in the fookin a$$. I took out the bottom rad. support, so I have the metal piece that the latch attaches to, and then the other metal piece that sits above the washer tank. And there are so many small adjustments to make, and it takes forever to unscrew it all, and put it back in. My hood closes now and latches down, although when i pull the hood release, it doesnt pop up anymore really

In the future out line the part before you unbolt it.
