    help first time

    So tm I'm going to track my car for the first time I have the slp cold air systems the smooth bellows and the slp lm1 exhaust on my 98 ss m6. I have 275/45/17 all the way around. Around what should I be running and new tires in the back and they put a lot of air in them should I let a little out I went to practice my launch and they where just spinning all through first and second what should I have the psi at. thanks for the help I know you guys well get me some good info.

    What kind of tires?
    Sounds like you have street tires on. If they are in fact street tires, keep your pressure at the recommended sidewall pressures.........on street tires if you lower the pressure you will just collaspe the sidewalls, lose traction and possibly damage the tires.

    yes street tires kumho asx they gripped better before they rotated them only thing I could think of is more air pressure or cleaning out the maf and tb really made a huge difference. I found out when cleaning the tb the someone had done some of the free mods, the tb opens 90% and the pipe behind the tb has already been shortened so I was like wooo hooo.
