Help! Coolant Overflow after Head/Cam install!

I finished a head/cam swap on my 99 SS last Saturday. I put on a new set of LS6 heads and an LS6 Cam and put on a new 160 T-Stat. The car runs great, but it started leaking coolant out of the radiator cap today (the pressure cap). I replaced the cap and now coolant is spewing out of the coolant overflow tank but the temp gauge does not go past 210.

I pulled the radiator cap and ran the engine for about 10 minutes. No bubbles and nice green coolant. There is a bit of gunk/old gasket material in the overflow tank from the head gastket material getting scraped into the cooling jackets of the block.

I'm not sure what's happening here. I replaced both headgaskets with now 02 LS6 ones and torqued them down correctly with now fasteners. What do you think the problem is?

I just looked at the pics from the install university and noticed that I switched where the TB coolant line and overflow tank lines were supposed to go. I have the TB coolant line on top. Would this cause my problem. Obviously I'll switch it in the morning.

    Thanks

Are you sure you got all the air out of the cooling system?

Ok, I swapped the hoses around and let the air out of the system and it hasn't boiled over yet. I've got some oil in the overflow tank, but none in the rest of the system. I think I've got Power steering fluid leaking into my coolant somehow. I think it's that aluminum tube that runs just behind the radiator.
