P0420 is a cat inefficiency code for the drivers side, I'd delete it and see if it keeps coming back. Top off the power steering fluid if low. Don't know if excessive burnouts are related to either problem.

Are you leaking ps fluid? Have you opened up the system lately?

Quick Silver- 2002 Z06
After a good workout around turns or several donuts in a row, I've had power steering issues like that. Check the fluid with a light shined down but there is just a lot of air mixed up in the fluid.
I'd just delete the code like they said above it might just be a fluke.
