Help!!!
I removed my intake manifold to change the rear knock sensor. I think I have been doing too many power washes because I'm getting water under the sensor grommet. Anyway, i removed the manifold and detached the wiring harness (I bought a new harness, just in case). Then I noticed that I have broken a sensor in the rear area just behind the manifold. It is about 2 and a half inches long, black and stands vertical. It is not attached to the manifold. It has a connector clip that attaches on top and it appears to be mounted directly behind the driver's side of the head. I think that I may have really screwed up here. Can anyone help...please. I'm grounded until I fix it.

Oil sensor. Can't remember if this thread has the part number or not, but there are more threads. Use the search function and type oil sensor and the GM part number is in one of them.
Good luck.
