Black on Yellow CETA- 2002 Trans Am
headlights
First this may sound like a silly question but when I owned a 94 firebird I do not remember my headlights always going up and down when I armed or disarmed the alarm. Now I own a 2002 trans am and everytime I arm/disarm the alarm or just turn on the parking lights my headlights pop up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It means one of your headlight motors are fixing to go.

if i remember correctly is either the headlight control module or one of the motors has the gear stripped.
When i got the car i had similar issue and i fixed the gear and it stopped doing it. In my case it didnt happen all the time.
Does the headlight motor make a grinding noise?

go to this site and click the link for "free headlight fix guide"
http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/#FreeGuide
Follow the procedure and maybe you are lucky that it wasn't done before.
