    Hatch pops open

    When I unlock my doors the hatch pops, then I have to lock the doors in order to get the hatch latch to close, then I can close my hatch, whats causing this.....

    Are you talking with the key pad or using the acutal key? One quick fix would be too open up the panel hiding the motor, and just disconnect the wiring harness. You would then have too use the key too open the hatch.
    Try a differnt key pad if you have one, Normaly with the key pads you have too hit the hatch button twice for it to open unless you changed the pad settings.

    When I use the key pad, I can press the door unlock and my hatch pops, I then have to use the key pad to lock my doors and then the pin will release and then I can shut my hatch..

    sounds like your key pad is having issues, i know you can reprogram it but not sure how, or pick up a new one, not too expensive.

    Maybe the battery in the keyfob is dying.

    BTW....to re-program them you open the car door, push & hold the lock & unlock buttons simultaniously until the door locks cycle through & you're done

    It way the key pad, but the other key bad does not work untill you press the buttons several times, and this is with the batteries from the 1st key pad.....
