got fuel pump replaced, now gas mileage is crap

car was having trouble starting so took it to dealer and they replaced fuel pump, problem fixed. well now i notice i am getting 12-13 mpg. i've never gone below 16mpg even in the summer with the ac on. could this be related to them doing something wrong when installing the fuel pump? thanks.

i will do that. they shouldn't charge me the 75 fee to look the car over since they already charged me up the ass to replace the fuel pump, right?
