    Good deal for LS1 or should I keep shopping?

    Hey Guys,

    Well, would $3900 be a good buy for this LS1 + accessories. Should I go for one with lower mileage or Shoot for an LS2? Maybe I can get him down to 3k...better deal?

    2002 LS1 w/ 85,000 miles
    6spd
    Factory wiring harness with computor
    After market wiring harness (painless pt # 60508)

    Alt, power steering pump, rack ,air condition compressor,
    after market intake
    headers

    You should get the price down alittle more 3k is good w/ the extras then the aftermarket headers an intake. Question will the motor turn over?

    That's a good question. I haven't gone to see it yet...how tough would it be to get it to turn over with it out of the car?

    Seems to be a pretty good price from what I've seen around the net plus the extras. Just put the trans in neutral and put a socket on the crank bolt.

    Shook his hand today...$3400...I think I did pretty well. The FAST Intake is p/n 54001 and the headers Hooker p/n 2077. Thanks for all your help guys.

    My friend just bought an LS1 for 400 bucks with 4X,XXX miles and runs but not tranny or anything and it works.
