    Unhappy Getting angry..

    Hey there guys! Its been a little while since Ive been here, hopefully you can help! About a month ago my car died on the freeway and would crank but not start.. long story short, with some help from my father-in-law we found that there was a short (kept blowing the fuel pump fuse) and traced it to the pump itself.. I replaced the pump yesterday with an a/c delco pump too! and now the pump primes for 3 seconds like it should..and fuel is getting to the rails pretty good..but it just cranks and wont start up.. It is not blowing the fuse anymore.. and I am going to test the exact fuel pressure tomorrow, but any suggestions?!

    Check the relays, specifically the ignition relay. I think you can swap it with the starter relay, not sure though.

    Yes, I would assume the fuel problem is fixed and go after ignition. Pull a plug to check if it has fuel on it, check your spark.

    Someone had a similar problem and I think they found a bad crank position sensor. If everything else already suggested checks out it wouldn't hurt to look at that next.

    I just replaced my ignition relay under the hood. I found out that I was getting fuel to the injectors but did not have any injector pulse or spark. Try swapping that relay with another...I used a cooling fan relay. Hope that helps.
