GEARS and a CONVERTER....
Well Ive been reading post on the website for at least 2 months. I joined when I bought a used 2000 Z28. I first put the SLP cold air intake,it helped a little. I ask you guys what to do ,the common post for me and what Ive seen you guys recommed is to put gears and a looser converter. Last week I installed a 3000 stall converter and 373 gears,WOW.... Its a completely different car,but still very streetable. This baby came alive, its like driving my old camaro...but idles very smooth. Thanks everyone. (whats next) RICH

how much you got
At this point headers and a nice cam to compliment that stall in the quarter.
If you want her to handle billsteins or konis, tq arm, lower control arms, springs, panhard rod.

lorich1 a couple of suggestions if not done already, have the lock up speed increased, TCC pulse width modulation set 90min-100max it will limit the slip on your lock up clutch. Maybe eliminate 3rd gear lock up.
Add a trans cooler if you don't already have one.

+9999999 on the cooler... wouldnt want to burn up anything
LT's and a cutout...
ls6 intake and ported TB..
should wake her up a good little bit... should put you at a low 12 possible high 11 depending on where you are and how your car runs....
