Trying to translate your shorthand (just a piece of advice, if you can't take the time to pose a proper question, how much time should the board spend in trying to help?)

If you have the selector on defrost or on bi-level the a/c compressor will run all the time, as well as when you have it on a/c (the blue positions to the left). Put the selector to the floor or vent position and the a/c should not run.
