I have the corvette return system and the returnless system. Which one should I use in my 87 Trans Am?

That may depend on the amount of power and fuel requirements, as well as if the system you plan to use is designed for either/or.
If EFI, the computer may expect one or the other and need calibration.
If you need very high fuel requirements you're generally better off with a return system. If you don't need it, it saves you extra line plumbing.

But can't I just use the return in the fuel pressure regualtor? How do I use the fuel press. regulator return line with the fuel rail return line?
