They are expensive but you can't go wrong with Dremel.

    Thanks bro
Yes for now I'll paint them black.
When I get the ls6 intake I'll be doing a custom paint job on them.

One more question. I notice I have to make a cut on the passenger side. For the tb cable. How much do I have to cut?

as far as width I did about 1/2" no more then 5/8", for the length or depth I did about an 1.5" at first then test fit, I know I went back and trim some more but can't remember off the top of my head. I can check in the morning.

    looking good.

no, the covers will protect them, however you need to put heat resistant foil tape on the underside. O'Reilly had it, sticky on one side foil on the other. Get 2 rolls, because one is just not quite enough.

1 question - why are you keeping the "Corvette" lettering? You can get "Camaro" letter. Afterthoughts can help you there.

You can use a rag with a little WD-40 to get the glue from the tape off of the fuel lines. In case you didn't notice, those are just protective hoses -- the actual fuel lines are hard plastic tubes inside them.

i noticed the had plastic inside the rubber hoses,,, at the beginning i thought i broke them, lol.. but then i notice it was just for protection.

i put the heat resistant on both cover right??

i like the "corvette" lettering lol. i know its gonna look funny on a camaro,
but i like to see the expression on people when they ask if its the engine from the corvette,, after this they dont have to ask lol..
