either way, you want it EMPTY first, your fuel will weigh about 8lbs/gallon

I really didn't have much trouble with mine when I done it by myself. I had a friend give me a hand the second time and it seemed like we fought it more that time than when I did it by myself. The angle that tank comes out at is very steep so get the car up pretty high so you have room to get the tank out. It has to come down and towards the front of the vehicle a little.
