Jet Black- 1998 Camaro Z28 T56
Fuel Pump $$!!!
Guys and Girls! I just bought the car of my dreams, a 1998 Camaro Z28. (I will be posting some pics soon). I got the car from the dealership I work at for $9,400. It has 88K miles on it and it looks awesome. I found out that it needs a fuel pump and the carrier is goin out. I was askin' my mechanic buddy about it and he said what ever I do, I should make it overkill, (performance parts vs. oem), incase I want to soup it up later. I was just wondering if you guys knew of any places I could find a lower price fuel pump/rear-end guts for my baby. Thanks for the help. This site is freakin' sweet!

another vote for a racetronix kit. Anyone that has installed that kit will swear by it.
if you plan on many mods and have the money I would just go ahead and buy a 12 bolt now and save yourself the headache later. Under any kind of decent power the stock rear will grenade. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

Pewter- all bore 370 Trans Am
racetronix seems to be what most go with.. I havent read of any issues with it either. I also think the last issue of GM High Tech has a how-to install one as well
