    Fuel Fitting for Ls1

Hello,Im needing to get one of my fuel fittings off. It's not the plastic ones that have white tabs you disconnect. It's the silver one that has a rubber grommet that pulls off on one side. What name of tool or size does this take to go in there?

you talking about the one from the supply to the fuel rail? It's a quick disconnect. I forget the size of disconnect you need....... 3/8" maybe? I always use a couple of small screwdrivers. Gotta push that fitting in and then depress the tabs to release it. It can be a pain in the ass to get those loose.....just gotta keep after it.

Picture does not show. I believe you need more than 10 posts in order to post pictures.

You need this tool, or do as Orion suggested, it's a little harder that way but it works.

it's a quick connect fitting.......not sure why they call it that because my experience has been that there's nothing "quick" about those fittings. You'll need a tool like the one smittro posted or they sell a couple other different style's.
