    front suspension

Hey guys got a problem. A few months ago my brother was in downtown new orleans and hit a curb with the front passenger tire. Now the tire is kicked out and had been eating the inside corner of the tire up. I thought this was a tie rod end damaged, but looking at autozone.com they dont have tie rods for this car...anyone know what coyld be the problem so I can fix it? The car is a 2010 camaro 2ss with the L99 engine.

    thanks

Oh man, have you ruled out frame damage? I went through something similar at 16. Get under and check everything up front.

pull tire off and look at all the suspension components. That hard of a hit even the wheel could have damage.

    Could be:

Bent lower control arm, bent radius rod, broken radius rod bushing, bent strut.

Check those and get back to us.

By the way, the newer GM cars have no replacement inner tie rods. If they are damaged, the entire rack has to be replaced. Found that info out at my last job.
