Front Air Dam Missing

I am missing the right front air dam piece on my 2001 Z28. This is the part of the aero kit that attaches below the bumper. I called the dealer, they told me a replacement piece is $595, plus painting and installation. That is insane, this little piece is 26 inches by 3 inches of plastic. I found a site on ebay where I can buy the entire bumper for $195, with both air dams attached!
Does anyone know of a place where I can buy this part at a reasonable price?

The dealer may have misunderstood what it is that you needed. The black plastic air dam is not that much money. You should actually go to the dealer so they can bring up the schematics on the computer screen and you can verify what it is that you need. If you have any problems let me know and I will personally check at my dealer. Too bad you aren't around the metro-detroit area because then I could get you my discount :-P

You might try a junk yard as well. Imagine that you could get on off of just about any 4th gen and have it work.

I'd recommend hitting up TA Creations or a junkyard as mentioned. No reason to buy that part new.
