Quick Silver- 2002 Z06
Its real easy. There are little flaps under each side of the car up front. with 2 10mm bolts holding them. Take the bolts out the flap comes down and you can reach up and replace the bulbs in the fog lights.

i just replaced mine today with silverstars. I didnt mess with any flaps, i just reached in behind the foglight and changed them out. Be sure not to touch the new bulbs with your hands. The oil makes them burn out fast.
