Flip Lights Problem

My 88 Pontiac has a problem with the headlights(flip-ups). Sometimes I turn them on and they don't come up, or one side will come up, or they flip half way then fall. I replaced all the relays for the lights. I don't think it would be the light motors because sometimes they flip up perfectly. Does anybody know what it could be, or if anybody ever had this problem please let me know what it is. Thanx, Alex

i've seen this problem before.look for poor connections at the headlamp module.just try unpluging it and plugging it back in,this should help by scuffing the connections.
