filled car up then shows almost empty?
okay i filled my car up all the way like a week ago.. the car wasnt driven within a week or so i got in it started up yesterday and it showed i was almost out of gas.. i thought someone stole gas from me but today i went to fill up and i filled it all the way up with it only letting me put 4 gallons in then said it was full??.. is my gas gauge messed up i dont get it please guys fill me in and help me fix this.

Disconnect the battery then reconnect it. If that doesnt work try tapping on the fuel tank with a rubber mallet, the float may be stuck..
