F-body Seats Manual to Power Conversion

I have a good camaro manual seat and a not as good camaro power seat, both driver's side. I want to switch the power to the manual, so the power is the good seat. Do you get what i'm wanting to do? Basically i want to switch the manual track to the power one and the switches as well. BTW, these are out of an 01.

Go for it.. or it may be easier to take the covers off the seat foam if the foam is in good condition. They're just held on with plastic clips and velcro. Takes some time, but its easy as pie.

Corvettekid the seat covers do not have to come off to swap tracks. The seat as a whole sits on top of the track so there are no hidden bolts or anything.

Do the power switches come off with the track? A guy at camaroz28.com told this should take about a half an hour. Will it be that easy?

If you dont have to swap the covers then yes.. Kaliente says its just the tracks so its a >30 minute project.
Just a hint: It helps to have a deep socket to loosen the 4 nuts that hold the seat to the floor.
