Been looking at head and cam combos and what Texas speed has to offer looks really good and ok prices. Any body with any info on these combo and will a head and cam swap burn up my bottom end and interals.

Howdy Arthur. As a matter of fact, I'm am doing something simular to that myself. I bought the TS Torquer V2 Cam (232/234 .595"/.598" 115 LSA. And the PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L heads. And the TS 1 7/8" dia. long tube headers with y-pipe. I bought the LS2 ported oil pump. I also bought a FAST LSXR 102mm intake, a Nick Williams 102mm throttle body and 100mm Fast Toys MAF. My TA is not my daily driver so I have been working on the car only when I get a chance.

TSP is top notch, as far as burning out your internals your bttm end will be fine. Its not like your running FI.

Oh man Arthur! I'm sorry about that. When I was reading your thread, I stopped reading when you mentioned Texas Speed. I can't count on both hands how many times I've read other reply's to posts that either didn't really answer the questions asked.
