erg pipe to intake, bolt wont backout!

long story short; i just recently acquired this 98' BGC Trans am, im in the process of getting stuff removed to change the headgaskets and i am already running into an issue. lol.......i knew this would happen (problems) but i didnt think it would be this soon.

the bolt for the egr pipe, the bolt holding it onto the top of the intake manifold wont backout, it will turn and turn but not loosen. i took the throttlebody off thinking that would give me access to the other i side but that doesnt seem to have helped any . i have found a few threads that refer to this problem but they dont really explain how to get the bolt out, they mainly refer to putting it back in.......can someone point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it, i have a lot of work in front of me and it suck having something like this to slow you down, its like

I responded in your other thread. You also could use a flathead screwdriver to wedge between the bolt and manifold taking care to not damage the manifold.
