engine mods?

I have a 2000 S'S camaro stock I would like to get around 100 more rwhp my buddy has a set of 243 heads and told me I should put a ls9 cam and ls7 lifters in it also.. This will be a everyday driver.. so would a cai, headers,243 heads, ls9 cam, ls7 lifters and a dyno tune work?

That's not to hard to do.

Long tube headers, LS6 intake, those 243's, a 228 cam along with a tune will get you there.

Another option that requires no serious mods, well not at first...


100 shot of N2O will get you that boost and the stock internals can handle that much. Any more then you want to start looking at forged pistons & rods.

I agree on expensive. That rear will not like you if you hammer on it too much.
