    Electrical trouble with lighting

An '01 Firehawk I just bought has the entire driver side lighting (tail lights, turn signals, running lights) that are MUCh dimmer than the passenger side. I assumed they were the same circuit but apparently not ? Maybe a ground issue ? I know a LITTLE about electronics - any knowledge you can share is appreciated.

Were they new or used parts? I would check to see if the same size bulbs are in the new lights.

I see nothing of new lights on the car. Just new car...

I don't know if it could be a ground, but I'm guessing its not. I wouldn't think the left and right would be grounded. Probably front and rear, so I don't think thats it. Perhaps something in the + side.

ive seen some pretty funky things happen with the rear lighting and be cause by a bad ground (both on 4th gen and 2nd gen) like some light too dim or some too bright or pulsating. id think its possible a bad ground could be cause. in my experience, problem with electrical . . .9 times out of 10, its the ground.
